Already paid or shared your details?
Act now, even if some time has passed. The sooner you report, the better the chance of stopping the money.
- Call the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) on 997. It is open 24 hours.
- Call your bank's fraud hotline. Use the number on the back of your card or on your bank's own website, not a number someone sent you.
- Make a police report at the nearest police station.
- Tell us using the report form, so we can warn others.
Anyone who offers to recover your money for a fee is usually another scammer. Do not pay.
People are pretending to be pitchIN to take money and personal details. They copy our name, logo and documents, and some say they work for us. Here is how to spot them.
Signs of a scam
- Someone you do not know contacts you first with a loan or investment offer.
- You are asked to pay a fee before a loan is released.
- You are given a bank account to transfer money to.
- You are rushed, or asked to keep it to yourself.
What pitchIN will never do
- Ask you to pay anyone outside your pitchIN account, including a personal bank account.
- Ask you to pay a deposit or "processing charge" for a loan or financing outside your pitchIN account.
- Ask for your password, OTP or TAC.
- Guarantee a return on an investment.
- Ask you to sign documents or pay money through WhatsApp, Telegram or social media.
- Email you from Gmail, Yahoo or any other personal address.
How pitchIN contacts you
- Email: only from addresses ending in @pitchin.my, including our automated emails.
- Payments: only inside your pitchIN account at pitchin.my.
- Raising funds: applications are made only in your pitchIN account at pitchin.my.
- Websites: pitchin.my, support.pitchin.my and academy.pitchin.my. Type the address into your browser rather than following a link in a message.
- Registration: Pitch Platforms Sdn Bhd (1158464-T) is registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia as a Recognized Market Operator. You can check this on the SC website.

Known scams
We add each case as it is reported, newest first.
Fake "Parallel Financing Programme"
Reported September 2026. pitchIN made a police report on 22 September 2026.
People claiming to be pitchIN staff offered a business a loan under a "Parallel Financing Programme". They sent documents carrying the pitchIN logo and asked for a payment to another company before the loan would be released. Once the money was paid, they stopped replying.
pitchIN has no such programme, and nobody involved works for us. These contact details were reported to us:
- Email: billtan7999@gmail.com
- Phone and WhatsApp: +60 11-6054 0997
We do not know who holds these accounts. If you were contacted using any of them, do not pay.
Report a scam to us
If someone contacts you claiming to be pitchIN, or you are unsure about a person, document or payment request, tell us before you pay. Send whatever you have:
- how and when they contacted you
- the name, phone number, email address or links they used
- screenshots or documents they sent you
- if you paid: the amount, the date, and the name and number of the account you paid into
- your police report or NSRC reference number, if you have one
Report a scam or email support@pitchin.my.
Never send us your password, OTP, TAC or card number. We will never ask for them.
We cannot recover money for you; your bank and the NSRC can try. We use your report to warn others and share it with the authorities.
Other places to check

- Semak Mule (Royal Malaysia Police): check a phone number or bank account against reported scams.
- SC Investor Protection & Literacy: call +603-6204 8999 or lodge a complaint.
A company that is not on these lists is not necessarily safe. If in doubt, ask us before you pay.
