You may request a refund for your investment directly through our platform, provided it is still within the eligible refund period.
Kindly note that refund request can only be made at any time until the end of the ECF campaign, plus an additional cooling-off period of six (6) business days from the campaign end date. After the cooling-off period has ended, you will no longer be able to withdraw your investment as the share issuance process will commence.
Before requesting a refund, please ensure that your bank details have been added and are up to date in your pitchIN profile. This is to avoid any issues with the refund transfer process.
To update your bank account details:
Log in to your pitchIN account.
Click on your profile picture and go to Profile Settings.
Navigate to the Bank Details section.
Enter or update your bank account information and save the changes.
Once you have updated your bank details, you may request a refund by following the steps below.
Click on the Dashboard.
In the left sidebar, click on “ECF Investments.”
You will see two tabs: “Active Campaigns” and “Completed Campaigns.” Select the tab where your investment is listed.
Locate the specific investment you want to request a refund for.
On the right side of that investment's row, click the three dots ( ⋮ ) icon.
A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Request for Refund”.
A pop-up window titled “Confirm cancel this investment” will appear. Click OK to proceed.
Once you have submitted a refund request, we will process the refund, and you can expect to receive it within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that the exact timeframe for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
