For serious disputes that remain unresolved after our internal review process, you may chose to pursue independent arbitration through the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
How does independent arbitration work?
If needed, the dispute resolution process works as follows:
- We try to agree together on an independent arbitrator to review the case
- If we can't agree, the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) will appoint a qualified arbitrator
- The arbitrator's decision is final and binding for both parties
This ensures you have access to fair, independent resolution even in complex situations.
