The following steps outline the procedure if you have lost your Authenticator device and back-up code:
- Have any of the following documents ready for verification (must be the same document used at registration)
- NRIC (for Malaysian)
- Passport (for non-Malaysian)
- Driving license
- Get in touch with our customer support by emailing support@pitchin.my
- Submit a video recording of yourself where you:
- Тurn your head in profile and full frontal;
- Say “Security verification for pitchIN”;
- Say today's date (day, month and year);
- Show your verification document
- After verification, you will receive an email to your registered email address
- Click on the magic link
- After clicking on the magic link, it will direct you back to our website and you will be prompted to log back in for a successful reset
To help protect your account, please immediately remove the previous authentication key from your authenticator and re-enable it once your account has been reset.
