Once you have made a payment, your PSTX Account balance will be updated as soon as the corresponding funds are received and verified in our Trust Account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and your bank's processing schedule, so we appreciate your patience while this verification takes place.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 working days from the date of submission. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays, and actual crediting to your bank account may take a little longer depending on your receiving bank's processing procedures.
