Currently, you are not able to change your registered email yourself.
To change your email please submit a support request.
1. Submit a support request
- Submit a new support request.
- Select "Account/login issues"
- Add the subject line "Change email to new@email.com". Where new@email.com is the email you want to change to.
- In the description, please add the following details
- Your full name
- The email currently associated with the account (the email you want to change from)
- A copy of your IC for verification purposes (this must match the details associated with the account)
- At least one company you have invested in (if applicable)
- Once the change has been made, you will receive an email asking to confirm the new email address.
